A custom powder coat facility capable of parts up to 5' x 9' x 40' x 3,000 lbs, surface preparation by acid clean and etch and sandblast if required. Our system has an in-line shot blaster as well.

A 2,000 watt Mazak laser accurate to + or - 0.0004" over 20" with a production cut capacity of 3/8" carbon plate 5' x 10'.

A 4,000 watt Tanaka laser accurate to + or - 0.004" over 40" with a production cut capacity of 3/4" plate up to 120" x 44'.

A Peddinghaus three spindle drill line capable of 30" by 12,000 lb beams.

A Pullmax 12' x 350 ton, 16 axis press brake, accurate to + or - 0.004".

An 8' x 120 ton 14 axis press brake accurate + or - 0.004"

A 250 ton press brake.     A 5" x 5" x 1/2" angle iron roll.

A plate shear capable of 3/8" x 12' of carbon steel.

A 6" x 6" x 5/8" x 40' angle shear and punch machine.

A 40 ton x 3/4" plasma cut and punch Whitney Panelmaster.

Saws from 60 to 90 degrees capable of cuts up to 38" x 18".

Plate rolls from 10' x 5/8" thick.

Up to 120 tons of iron worker capacity.

All manner of welding processes, including robotic welding cells.

Our facility has 144,000 square feet under roof on thirty acres.

Two 30,000 lb bridge cranes.

We maintain several 80,000 GVW tractor trailers  including a 70 M lb capable double drop 70' stretch trailer to deliver your product to your site.  Permit loads available.
